Today was the last day of processing broiler chickens for the 2014 season. The photo above shows the Four Corners Farm Processing Team… it is a family affair! Our youngest children (Elliot & Joy) are usually found hanging around outside or on a cold day like today, inside the farm house reading books with Grandpa Dave. Every Wednesday, since the middle of May, the five of us worked as a team processing our pasture raised chickens readying them for you, our customers.
