Got Pork? We’re winding down our farm season and took the last of our happy hogs to the butcher last week. This weekend, we’re offering a lot of options for our tasty, range-raised pork! Our hogs were happy co-workers here on the farm! They ranged, rooted and cleared, as well as munched happily on the green grass and other vegetation throughout our woods – partnering with us to regenerate the life of the soil and create lush, fertile ground. We will be delivering pre-orders for non-gmo, Range-Raised PORK and locally roasted COFFEE to the Grandin Village Farmers Market (2080 Westover Avenue SW, Roanoke – raised terrace behind the Co-op) on Saturday, November 11th, from 8AM to Noon. Pre-orders are filled in the order they are received and are accepted up until 8pm on Friday, November 11th.
