Lamb is my favorite meat – chops, stew, roast leg of – I was raised by my Irish New York family on lots of lamb, and know how to prepare it well.
Now for the downside. That date is impossible for me since I have an important doctor’s appointment at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, the 22nd.
